In 2019 my wife and I purchased our first home to list as a short-term rental. Once we started we couldn't stop and we have been purchasing and selling properties for 6 years. In 2022 we re-located from Merrillville to Valparaiso, and in the transition we sold a few of our properties to focus on our family with the intention to build our real estate portfolio back after we settle into our home and when our boys were at a better age. Well here we are, we have settled into our new house and we believe its time to build.
